Messaging depth or broader customer work?

WRKZY vs Wati

Wati is no longer just a basic WhatsApp inbox. It offers a broad messaging stack with campaigns, chatbots, automation, AI, commerce and a built-in sales pipeline. WRKZY goes in a different direction: WhatsApp and email sit beside companies, deals, tasks, catalog items and quotes.

Inside WRKZY

A campaign reply is the start of work, not the end of a send.

WRKZY brings WhatsApp and email campaigns into the same workspace as customer records, shared conversations and the follow-up that a response creates.

The details

The best test includes the awkward exception and a handoff, not only the polished demo path.

01

Do not compare Wati as if it were only a WhatsApp inbox

Wati's current product covers much more: shared messaging, social channels, campaigns, chatbots, automation, AI agents, analytics, lead stages and commerce. For a messaging-led business, that depth is a real advantage.

WRKZY's advantage is elsewhere. It puts email beside WhatsApp and adds a more explicit company, deal, task, catalog and quote model around the conversation.

02

Test the moment the customer changes channel

Begin a conversation on WhatsApp, move a document or commercial discussion to email, then return to WhatsApp for the decision. Watch what happens to the owner, customer identity, deal, quote and follow-up.

If almost all valuable work stays in messaging, Wati's specialist tools may matter more. If email and structured commercial records carry equal weight, WRKZY's shape may fit better.

03

The AI choice is genuinely different

Wati sells live AI-agent options and lets teams connect custom agents. WRKZY's current public promise is intentionally more limited: assistance and configured workflows, with people reviewing important customer actions.

That is not a claim that one approach is universally safer or better. Decide whether your use case needs autonomous response now, then compare training data, permissions, handoff, auditability and usage cost.

Pricing

Price the setup you will really use.

Wati says total cost combines a subscription, messaging charges and optional add-ons. Model the plan, users, active contacts, WhatsApp numbers, channels, automation, chatbot and AI usage you need. Compare that with WRKZY's current capacity and the same underlying provider charges.

Moving your data

Prove the import with a small sample first.

WRKZY can import customer records, but it does not offer an automated Wati migration. Preserve customer identifiers, consent, tags, attributes, owners and templates first. Treat conversation history, campaign history, chatbot logic, agent configuration and commerce data as separate migration work.
