Starter stays simple with no capacity add-ons. Published add-ons extend Growth at the organisation level. Every purchase is explicit and there are no automatic overage charges.

How message usage works
Normal one-to-one customer work stays included. Only campaign, sequence and automated messages reduce the shared monthly allowance.
Human-sent email and WhatsApp messages, incoming messages and replies do not reduce campaign capacity.
A campaign submitted successfully to 1,000 recipients uses 1,000 messages from the allowance. Drafts, previews, suppressed contacts, duplicates and failed sends use none.
Create as many campaigns as you need. Delivery is governed by the shared allowance, consent, fair use and connected-provider rules.
Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft and other connected providers can apply separate messaging windows, recipient limits, throughput, fair-use rules and charges. WRKZY cannot override them.
