Meta and WhatsApp Data Use
How WRKZY uses Meta and WhatsApp data to provide customer operations for client-owned business accounts.
Reviewer summary
WRKZY is operated by AIRBRILS PRIVATE LIMITED, an Indian company.
WRKZY helps businesses manage customer conversations through their own WhatsApp Business accounts. When a client connects Meta or WhatsApp to WRKZY, we use the data needed to show conversations, send client-approved messages, sync templates, track delivery and read status, manage contacts, and run client-configured CRM workflows. Clients control their own workspace, users, contacts, templates, messages, and automations. WRKZY does not sell Meta Platform Data or WhatsApp customer data, use it for advertising or unrelated profiling, or combine one client's data with another client's workspace.

Who connects WhatsApp to WRKZY
WRKZY is for businesses and teams that connect their own WhatsApp Business or Meta assets to their WRKZY workspace. Clients are responsible for their customer relationships, message content, documented recipient permissions, opt-out and suppression handling, and compliance with WhatsApp Business Messaging rules and applicable laws.
How use is limited
WRKZY processes connected Meta and WhatsApp data as a service provider for the client that connected the business account. Access is limited to providing, securing, troubleshooting, and supporting that client's configured service and meeting legal or platform obligations.
Current AI assistance may prepare summaries, drafts, rewrites, recommendations, and CRM suggestions from selected workspace context. People review consequential actions. Current AI assistance does not independently execute autonomous, multi-step goals.
Consent, opt-outs and deletion
Clients must obtain and retain any opt-in evidence required for a message category and must promptly honor WhatsApp blocks, opt-outs, withdrawals, objections, and suppression requests. Templates, timing, message category, and human escalation must follow current WhatsApp rules.
Disconnecting Meta or WhatsApp stops future synchronization after the connection is disabled but does not automatically erase lawful historical workspace records. For deletion, correction, or access, use the Data Deletion process. Customers may also contact the business that messaged them, because that business ordinarily controls the conversation and contact data.
