Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect recipients, client workspaces, connected providers, and WRKZY from unlawful or abusive use.
Permission-based communication
Clients must have the rights, lawful basis, notices, and recipient permission required for every message, campaign, contact record, attachment, and workflow. Clients must keep evidence of consent where the law or provider requires it and promptly honor opt-outs, withdrawals, objections, and suppression requests.
- Do not use purchased, scraped, stolen, or unlawfully obtained contact lists.
- Do not conceal the sender, mislead recipients, or use deceptive subjects, templates, or links.
- Include required sender identity and unsubscribe or opt-out mechanisms.
- Apply frequency, quiet-hour, age, location, and category restrictions required by law or provider policy.
Prohibited conduct
- Spam, phishing, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, exploitation, or unlawful surveillance.
- Malware, credential theft, security testing without authorization, evasion of safeguards, or interference with the service.
- Illegal goods, illegal services, intellectual-property infringement, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Using WRKZY as an emergency service or for communications where delayed or failed delivery could cause physical harm.
- Reselling access, sharing named-user credentials, probing another workspace, or extracting data outside authorized product functions.
Sensitive and high-risk use
Do not submit payment-card numbers, authentication secrets, private keys, passwords, or verification codes. Do not use WRKZY for health records, biometrics, precise location, children's data, criminal-offence data, or other regulated sensitive data unless WRKZY has approved the use in writing and the client has implemented all required safeguards and agreements.
WRKZY must not be used to make eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, medical, legal, education, or other high-impact decisions solely through automation.
AI and automation
Users must review AI-assisted output and configured workflows before relying on them for consequential customer action. Do not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful content, or to infer sensitive traits without a lawful, approved purpose.
Current AI assistance does not independently execute autonomous multi-step goals. If future agent capabilities are enabled, their use remains subject to documented permissions, approval requirements, auditability, human oversight, and this policy.
Connected-provider rules
Clients must comply with the terms, commerce restrictions, messaging rules, template requirements, consent standards, rate limits, and review decisions of every connected provider. For WhatsApp, this includes applicable business and messaging policies, customer-service windows, approved templates, and a clear human support path. For email, this includes accurate sender information, suppression, and legally required unsubscribe handling.
Enforcement and reporting
WRKZY may investigate, limit, suspend, or terminate use that creates legal, security, recipient, provider, or operational risk. Where appropriate, WRKZY may require remediation, preserve evidence, block a campaign or connection, and report conduct to a provider or authority as permitted by law.
Report abuse or suspected violations to support@wrkzy.com. Do not include passwords, tokens, payment data, or unnecessary customer content in a report.
