Does the customer stay in messaging—or move into email and quotes?

WRKZY vs Interakt

Interakt goes deep on conversational sales, support and marketing across WhatsApp and adjacent channels. WRKZY covers less channel territory, but gives WhatsApp and email a shared customer, company, deal, quote and follow-up model.

Who should choose what?

Be honest about the work your team does every day.

These are starting points, not a score. Put the deciding workflow through a current trial or live demonstration.

A closer fit when

WRKZY

  • Customers move between WhatsApp and email during the same commercial or service journey.
  • Company records, deal forecasts, customer-linked tasks and formal quote revisions matter.
  • Campaign replies need to sit beside wider customer and commercial history.
  • AI should assist people while important customer actions remain reviewable.
A closer fit when

Interakt

  • WhatsApp and Instagram drive acquisition, sales, support or repeat purchases.
  • Chatbots, auto-assignment, campaign retries and messaging analytics are central requirements.
  • Catalog, payment, commerce or ad-to-chat flows are part of the purchase.
  • You want channel-specific AI agents, support automation or higher-volume messaging options.

The details

The best test includes the awkward exception and a handoff, not only the polished demo path.

01

Decide whether email is a real channel or an escape hatch

If customers remain inside WhatsApp or Instagram from first enquiry through payment and support, Interakt's channel depth can remove work that WRKZY does not address.

If important documents, approvals and commercial decisions move to email, test whether that email remains part of the same customer story. Email is a first-class current channel in WRKZY; it should not be treated as a footnote in this comparison.

02

Ask where the sale actually closes

Interakt is built to qualify leads, run campaigns, show catalogs, collect payments and manage a pipeline around messaging. For a conversational-commerce business, that is a coherent product shape.

WRKZY fits a different finish line: the conversation creates company context, a deal, a catalog-based quote, an approval or work that another team owns. Run the real closing path, not a generic inbox demo.

03

Put every message and add-on in the price

Interakt's public pricing separates plans, message-category charges and optional capabilities such as sales-agent seats or AI agents. Channel and automation allowances also change by plan.

Count numbers, contacts, campaigns, chatbots, agents, custom fields, integrations, message categories and payment or commerce needs. Compare the working setup with WRKZY's organizational capacity and the same underlying provider obligations.

Pricing

Price the setup you will really use.

Model Interakt's plan, WhatsApp and Instagram requirements, message-category charges, sales-agent seats, AI agents, chatbots, custom fields, integrations and onboarding. Compare the same usage and provider costs with WRKZY's current capacity-based packaging.

Moving your data

Prove the import with a small sample first.

WRKZY can import structured customer data, not an Interakt workspace. Preserve phone identifiers, email addresses, consent evidence, tags, owners and required templates first. Plan conversation history, campaign results, chatbot logic, payments, commerce data and AI configuration separately.
