FAQ
A workspace holds a team’s customer records, conversations, sales work, connected accounts, and settings. Create another when those need to be managed separately, such as for a distinct brand or regional operation.
Yes. Give the person access to the workspaces they need. They can switch between the workspaces available to them, with their role determining what they can do in each.
A workspace separates the wider customer data and working setup. A team inbox gives a team its own conversation queue and membership within that workspace. Sales and Support can have different inboxes while working with the same customer records.
Yes. Create reusable workspace roles with capabilities for CRM, sales, inbox use, campaigns, automations, reporting, and data export. Starter roles include Sales Representative, Support Agent, Analyst, and Operations. Workspace roles do not automatically add someone to a team inbox.
The current workspace roles apply to permitted records across the assigned workspace. They are not owner-only or individual-record access rules. Team-inbox membership is managed separately.
Yes. The workspace owner can transfer ownership to an eligible member. The previous owner becomes an admin.
No. Creating a workspace does not automatically copy customer records, connected accounts, members, or operating settings. Set up the new workspace for the team that will use it.
Yes. Each workspace can have its own currency settings, reporting timezone, quote branding, templates, numbering, and commercial approval policies. Set rules for discounts, margins, payment terms, and products that need approval.
Workspace AI settings let administrators choose available capabilities and which supported context sources they can use. Individual features still follow their own availability and review requirements.
Workspace capacity depends on your plan. Check the current pricing for workspace, connected-account, and other limits before adding another operation.
