Cookie and Storage Notice

Cookies are small files placed on a device. Browser storage includes local storage, session storage, and similar technologies. This notice explains the technologies WRKZY controls. A connected provider or external site may use its own technologies under its own notice.

WRKZY does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising pixels on its public website. If that changes, WRKZY will update this notice and obtain consent or provide an opt-out where applicable law requires it.

The application may use cookies or browser storage that are reasonably necessary to authenticate users, maintain a secure session, prevent cross-site request forgery, remember security and interface state, route a request, and preserve a user's choices. Blocking these technologies may prevent signup, sign-in, billing, connected-provider flows, or other product functions from working.

Public forms may use short-lived storage or tokens for abuse prevention, submission integrity, and user feedback state. WRKZY does not use those controls to build advertising profiles.

The free Email Signature Generator stores profiles, local images and style preferences in IndexedDB on the current browser, with up to 25 signatures and a 20 MB library. No signup or WRKZY application database is needed. Profile contents and uploaded images are not sent to WRKZY. Public image URLs contact their host only after an explicit load action in the tool; exported signatures may load images from those hosts in email apps. Backups contain entered profiles and images. Clearing website data removes local signatures; download a private backup to keep a copy. Fixed tool-action analytics exclude signature contents and contact data.

The free Quote & Estimate Builder stores quote drafts, business and customer details, uploaded logos, reusable items, and display preferences in IndexedDB in the current browser. Quote contents are processed on the device and are not uploaded to WRKZY. Clearing this website’s browser data removes these drafts; visitors can download and restore a local JSON backup. Tool analytics record actions such as PDF exports, without quote contents, contact details, filenames, or amounts.

The free Business Card Scanner processes card photos and recognises English text in the visitor’s browser using scanner files served by WRKZY. Photos remain only for the current batch in the tab and are not saved. Starting another batch releases the previous batch’s photos after the scanned contacts have been reviewed. Contacts, detected text, event tags and notes are stored in IndexedDB on this device when storage is available. Card photos and contact contents are not uploaded to WRKZY or an OCR provider. Visitors can export contacts, download or restore a JSON backup, or clear their scanner contacts. Clearing site data removes saved contacts. Scanner analytics record fixed actions such as scan completion and CSV/vCard export, without contact details, detected text, photos or filenames.

The free WhatsApp Link & QR Kit stores named kits, phone numbers, opening messages, business details, resized logos and preferences in IndexedDB in the current browser when storage is available. This tool processes those contents locally and does not upload them to WRKZY. Visitors can download or restore JSON backups and delete saved kits; clearing site data removes them. Tool analytics record fixed actions and controlled output formats without numbers, messages, logos, kit names, generated links or filenames. Opening Test in WhatsApp explicitly shares the destination number and prepared message with WhatsApp; it does not send the message automatically. Downloaded files contain the visitor’s entered details.

The free Follow-up Studio stores customer names, contact destinations, context, editable messages, private notes, dates and manually recorded activity in IndexedDB in this browser. This tool processes these contents locally and does not upload them to WRKZY. Records do not sync to other devices or a WRKZY account. Clearing site data removes them; visitors can download and restore JSON backups. Fixed analytics events exclude customer details, messages, notes, dates, URLs, filenames and record identifiers. Opening WhatsApp or an email application deliberately shares the destination and prepared draft with that service; the visitor sends it themselves. Calendar files include entered customer context and optionally the prepared message, with private notes and contact destinations excluded. Imported events may sync through the visitor’s calendar provider.

When the pricing adviser is enabled, it uses session storage in the current browser tab for visible messages and structured requirements, plus a signed, HTTP-only cookie lasting up to 30 minutes for request limits and abuse prevention. Clearing the conversation removes the tab data and expires that cookie. The cookie contains a random session identifier, not the conversation.

The public website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page-view and traffic information such as page, referrer, approximate country, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel states that this service stores anonymized data, does not use cookies, and resets its request-derived visitor hash after 24 hours.

WRKZY does not send names, email addresses, message content, account identifiers, or free-form request text as analytics event properties. Product security, reliability, and audit logs are separate operational records described in the Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare Turnstile may run browser challenges on protected forms and may use short-lived identifiers, cookies, or local storage depending on the configured challenge and pre-clearance settings. Chargebee, Razorpay, Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft, and other services may use their own technologies when a user opens their hosted checkout, authentication, or connected-account experience.

Current provider categories are listed on the Subprocessors page. WRKZY does not control cookies placed on a third party's own domain.

Browser settings can block or delete cookies and local storage. Device and browser privacy settings may also limit tracking technologies. Necessary product functions may stop working when required storage is blocked.
