Using WRKZY

WRKZY is available to invited businesses and authorized workspace users. You must provide accurate account and workspace information, keep login credentials secure, and ensure that only authorized users access your workspace.

Client responsibilities

• You are responsible for the contacts, companies, messages, attachments, templates, automations, campaigns, catalog, quotes, pipeline data, and other content used in your workspace.
• You must have the required rights, permissions, notices, consents, or other lawful basis to message your customers and process their data.
• You must comply with WhatsApp Business Messaging rules, connected email provider terms, Meta terms and policies, applicable telecom, privacy, consumer protection, anti-spam, and marketing laws.
• You must not use WRKZY for spam, deceptive activity, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized scraping, or policy-violating messaging.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted summaries, drafts, suggestions, and automation behavior before relying on them.

Email providers and campaigns

When you connect an email account or provider, you authorize WRKZY to access and use the messages, attachments, provider events, and sending capabilities needed for the workspace features you enable. You remain responsible for mailbox authority, campaign audiences, required disclosures, consent, unsubscribe handling, suppression lists, sending reputation, and provider-policy compliance.

WhatsApp Business and Meta services

When you connect a WhatsApp Business or Meta account to WRKZY, you authorize WRKZY to use the connected APIs and data needed to provide the CRM service to your workspace. You remain responsible for your WhatsApp Business account, message templates, recipient permissions, and compliance with Meta and WhatsApp policies. Meta and WhatsApp services are provided by their respective providers, not by WRKZY.

Platform data and customer data

WRKZY uses Meta Platform Data, WhatsApp data, customer conversation data, and workspace data only to provide, secure, support, and improve the WRKZY CRM service, or as otherwise permitted by applicable terms and law. WRKZY does not sell Meta Platform Data, WhatsApp customer data, or client workspace data.

Suspension and misuse

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to WRKZY if we believe a workspace or user is misusing the service, creating security or operational risk, violating these terms, violating Meta or WhatsApp policies, or using WRKZY for spam, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

WRKZY is currently offered as an early access SaaS product. Features may change as the product develops. We may modify, add, suspend, or remove features to improve the service, meet legal or platform requirements, or address security and operational needs.

AI assistance and product direction

Current AI features assist with summaries, drafts, rewrites, recommendations, and CRM suggestions using bounded context when a workspace enables them. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. References to agent-ready foundations or governed agentic operations describe product architecture and direction; autonomous multi-step agents are not a currently available service.

Confidentiality and security

You must protect workspace credentials, connected account access, and confidential customer information. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect WRKZY systems and workspace data, but no online service is completely secure or uninterrupted.

Disclaimers

WRKZY is provided on an early access basis and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for verifying outputs, messages, automations, and CRM records before relying on them for business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, WRKZY and AIRBRILS PRIVATE LIMITEDwill not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or loss of data arising from use of the service.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal requirements that may apply, courts in New Delhi, Indiawill have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service.
