Data deletion
Data deletion and data request instructions
WRKZY supports verified requests to delete eligible account, workspace, customer, and WhatsApp CRM data.
How to request deletion
Send deletion or privacy requests to privacy@wrkzy.com.
Include these details
- Your name and work email address
- Workspace or company name
- The data you want deleted, corrected, exported, or reviewed
- Whether you are a workspace admin, workspace user, customer contact, or other requester
- Any information needed to verify the request without sharing sensitive passwords or credentials
What can be deleted
Depending on the request and your relationship to the data, eligible deletion may include account information, workspace user records, contacts, customer conversation records, message metadata, assignments, notes, tags, follow-ups, broadcasts, automations, pipeline records, and related CRM data.
Workspace admin requests
Workspace admins can request deletion of workspace data or customer data controlled by their workspace. We may verify admin authority before deleting workspace or customer records, especially where the request could affect other users, reporting, audit logs, or connected WhatsApp workflows.
Customer or end-user requests
If you are a customer who communicated with a business using WRKZY, that business may control the relevant contact and conversation data. We may direct your request to that business or verify the request with the workspace admin before acting.
Response timeline
We will acknowledge eligible deletion and data requests within 7 business days. We aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verification. Complex requests, legal holds, security reviews, or requests requiring client confirmation may take longer.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, tax or accounting records, backup integrity, or platform compliance. Backup copies may be removed according to the normal backup lifecycle.
