Check that messages reach the right inbox and replies come from the account your customers recognise.
Confirm that incoming messages reach the intended team inbox. For shared email, set up forwarding first.
Test your connected account and check the sending address or WhatsApp number.
Check connection status, forwarding and available delivery details. See when an account needs attention or reconnecting.
Delivery details vary by provider. A connected status alone does not confirm that a message reached the customer.
AUTOMATION WEBHOOKS
Use webhooks to start an automation in WRKZY or send details to another tool from a workflow.
An incoming webhook starts the automation you’ve configured.
An outgoing webhook passes details to the destination you choose.
Your team configures the receiving system and tests the workflow before turning it on.

Owners and admins can import sent messages from connected Google or Microsoft accounts with the required mailbox permissions. Choose a start date within the last year. Only messages addressed to known contacts are imported, and duplicates are skipped. You may need to reconnect the account to grant access.
Google connections support sending from a Group or alias when the connected Gmail account has permission to use that address. Microsoft connections support shared-mailbox sending when the signed-in account has the required permission. Incoming team email still needs forwarding setup.
WRKZY includes a Business App connection option alongside Cloud API setup. Complete the available Meta setup flow for your number. Supported history sync depends on permission granted during setup and the resulting sync status.
Team sending and receiving are configured separately. Connect the sending provider, configure forwarding to the WRKZY address, and test an incoming message and an outgoing reply. Private Mail uses its own mailbox connection and sync.
No. Linking private email to a customer does not expose its subject, messages or attachments to the workspace. You choose the context to share, such as a summary or selected messages.
WhatsApp settings can manage multiple connected senders and a default sender. Check the selected sender, workspace and inbox route before using it.
For configured workflows, use an incoming webhook to start an automation or an outgoing webhook as a step. The other system needs to support the required request. These connections need setup and testing.
WhatsApp and email-provider charges are separate from your WRKZY subscription. Provider limits, account permissions and messaging requirements still apply.
