A focused workspace or a full customer platform?

WRKZY vs HubSpot

HubSpot can run much more of your go-to-market stack. WRKZY is built for a more specific job: helping a team carry WhatsApp and email conversations into customer records, deals, quotes, campaigns and owned follow-up.

Who should choose what?

Be honest about the work your team does every day.

These are starting points, not a score. Put the deciding workflow through a current trial or live demonstration.

A closer fit when

WRKZY

  • WhatsApp and email are the two channels your team needs today.
  • The same small team handles enquiries, deals, quotes and follow-ups.
  • You want campaigns and sales work close to the conversation that started them.
  • You prefer a focused product over configuring several Hubs and seat types.
A closer fit when

HubSpot

  • Inbound marketing, forms, website content and lead generation are part of the same purchase.
  • You need a mature help desk, ticketing and customer-service product.
  • A large app marketplace or partner network is important to the rollout.
  • You want the breadth of HubSpot's sales, marketing, service, content, data, revenue and agent products.

The details

The best test includes the awkward exception and a handoff, not only the polished demo path.

01

Decide how much platform you actually want

HubSpot's advantage is breadth. A company can put marketing, content, sales, service, data and revenue work on one CRM foundation. That can be worth the setup and cost when several departments are standardizing together.

WRKZY is deliberately smaller. It concentrates on the stretch between an incoming conversation and the work that follows: identify the customer, assign the thread, update the deal, prepare a quote or leave a clear next action.

02

Treat WhatsApp as a plan decision, not a checkbox

HubSpot's own documentation places native WhatsApp inbox access in Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional and Enterprise. It also documents a shared monthly limit for template messages. Check the exact subscription, inbox and volume you intend to use.

WRKZY treats WhatsApp and email as current channels, but Meta and email-provider rules and charges still apply. In either product, test templates, reassignment, identity matching and a customer who changes channel mid-conversation.

03

Price the system you will operate in month six

A useful HubSpot estimate includes the Hubs, editions, seat types, marketing contacts, onboarding and usage you expect after the initial rollout. A free entry point does not describe every production setup.

A useful WRKZY estimate includes users, workspaces, connected accounts, outbound volume, automation and AI capacity, plus provider charges. The cheaper product is the one that covers the real workflow without creating another manual handoff.

Pricing

Price the setup you will really use.

Build the HubSpot configuration before comparing totals: required Hubs, editions, seats, marketing contacts, onboarding and usage. Then compare it with the current WRKZY capacity shown on the pricing page. WhatsApp and other provider charges can sit outside either subscription.

Moving your data

Prove the import with a small sample first.

WRKZY can import customer records, but it does not offer a one-click HubSpot migration. Validate contacts, companies, identifiers, owners and consent first. Treat custom properties, deals, tickets, notes, files, marketing history and conversation history as separate migration workstreams.
