01Decide how much platform you actually want
HubSpot's advantage is breadth. A company can put marketing, content, sales, service, data and revenue work on one CRM foundation. That can be worth the setup and cost when several departments are standardizing together.
WRKZY is deliberately smaller. It concentrates on the stretch between an incoming conversation and the work that follows: identify the customer, assign the thread, update the deal, prepare a quote or leave a clear next action.
02Treat WhatsApp as a plan decision, not a checkbox
HubSpot's own documentation places native WhatsApp inbox access in Marketing Hub or Service Hub Professional and Enterprise. It also documents a shared monthly limit for template messages. Check the exact subscription, inbox and volume you intend to use.
WRKZY treats WhatsApp and email as current channels, but Meta and email-provider rules and charges still apply. In either product, test templates, reassignment, identity matching and a customer who changes channel mid-conversation.
03Price the system you will operate in month six
A useful HubSpot estimate includes the Hubs, editions, seat types, marketing contacts, onboarding and usage you expect after the initial rollout. A free entry point does not describe every production setup.
A useful WRKZY estimate includes users, workspaces, connected accounts, outbound volume, automation and AI capacity, plus provider charges. The cheaper product is the one that covers the real workflow without creating another manual handoff.
