Does the day begin in the pipeline or the shared inbox?

WRKZY vs Bigin

Bigin is a capable small-business CRM with team pipelines, WhatsApp, email, automation and a much wider integration footprint. WRKZY starts closer to the shared conversation, then carries the customer into deals, quotes and follow-up.

Who should choose what?

Be honest about the work your team does every day.

These are starting points, not a score. Put the deciding workflow through a current trial or live demonstration.

A closer fit when

WRKZY

  • WhatsApp and email should behave like shared work queues, not only contact activity.
  • A conversation regularly becomes a deal task, catalog-based quote or cross-team handoff.
  • The same customer history needs to serve sales, service and operations.
  • You prefer a focused workspace over a larger family of products and integrations.
A closer fit when

Bigin

  • You want a lightweight CRM with configurable team pipelines for several customer-facing processes.
  • Built-in telephony options, mobile CRM depth or the Zoho ecosystem matter.
  • Your process fits record-centric automation, email tools and pipeline administration.
  • You want per-user CRM packaging and a longer-established integration catalogue.

Inside WRKZY

A pipeline is useful when the conversation stays close.

WRKZY keeps deals, owners, stages, values and forecasts near the customer conversations, quotes and follow-ups that explain what should happen next.

The details

The best test includes the awkward exception and a handoff, not only the polished demo path.

01

This is a closer comparison than the product names suggest

Bigin is not merely a stripped-down sales pipeline. Its current product includes team pipelines for several customer-facing processes, a shared WhatsApp inbox, email, automation, mobile apps and a broad set of integrations.

WRKZY should not claim simplicity as an automatic advantage. The useful distinction is narrower: WRKZY is shaped around an incoming conversation and the customer work that follows, while Bigin remains a flexible record-and-pipeline CRM.

02

Run the reply-to-quote test

Start with a WhatsApp enquiry, assign it, move the customer to email, create a deal, revise a quote and hand the work to another teammate. Ask the second person to explain what the customer wants and what happens next.

Bigin may win if your team wants several configurable pipelines and a wider integration layer. WRKZY may fit better if the shared inbox, company, deal, quote and next action must stay close without designing the process first.

03

Price the edition, add-ons and message path together

Bigin's editions change pipeline, record, automation, email, WhatsApp, AI and customization allowances. WRKZY's public plans use organizational capacity and can still carry separate channel-provider costs.

Use real user counts, records, aliases, numbers, automation volume, storage and finance integrations. The lower headline price is not necessarily the lower working cost.

Pricing

Price the setup you will really use.

Compare the Bigin edition, users, team pipelines, records, email aliases, automation, AI credits and add-ons with WRKZY's current organizational capacity. Include Meta or other provider charges on both sides and confirm regional pricing before approval.

Moving your data

Prove the import with a small sample first.

WRKZY can import structured customer records from CSV or XLSX, but it does not offer an automated Bigin migration. Test contacts, companies, owners, custom fields and duplicates first. Treat pipeline history, messages, files, automation and finance links as separate migration work.
