01A good record can still sit beside a bad handoff
The contact can be complete, the deal stage can be correct and the latest activity can be logged—while the customer still waits because no one owns the next move.
That is not always a software problem. It may be a process problem. But if the team has to leave the CRM to understand the request, assign the work and verify completion, the tool is leaving part of the job to people.
02Test one awkward journey, not a perfect demo
Choose a customer who changes channel, asks for a revised quote and needs two teams to respond. Follow the work from the first message to the final commitment.
Count the copied links, duplicate owners, private reminders and 'can you send me the context?' messages. Those moments tell you whether the current stack is doing its job.
03Specialist software is often worth keeping
A dedicated help desk, enterprise CRM or marketing platform can offer depth that WRKZY does not claim. A reliable integration may solve the handoff without a platform change.
The goal is not to put everything in one tool. It is to make sure the decisive conversation, customer state, owner and next action do not disappear between tools.
