- The affected quote or billing setting and safe identifier
- The current amount, currency, status, and approximate event time
- Access to quote history, delivery evidence, or billing settings as applicable
- Authority to change commercial or subscription data before recovery
First identify which system is failing
| Layer | Visible symptom | Where to investigate |
|---|---|---|
| Quote draft | Save & send blocked or validity date rejected | Quote builder readiness and required recipient/commercial fields |
| Quote delivery | WhatsApp or email failed, delayed, bounced, complained, or suppressed | Quote timeline, delivery status, Inbox, Message delivery |
| Buyer access/response | Buyer cannot verify, offer expired, or response does not record | Public quote verification and quote status/activity |
| Post-acceptance handoff | Accepted quote lacks task or deal values differ | Quotes queue and Deal reconciliation |
| Organization billing | Checkout, subscription, invoice, grace, or entitlement issue | Settings → Billing & usage and provider portal |
A WRKZY quote is a customer offer. Organization billing pays for WRKZY. A quote-delivery failure is not a subscription failure, and a past-due subscription does not authorize editing a customer's accepted offer.
Recover the commercial record without rewriting the buyer's history
- 01DiscoverQualified need
Customer problem, evidence, and decision process are understood.
- 02ManageOwned deal
Stage, value, close timing, owner, and next action stay current.
- 03PriceCatalog and pricing
Approved offers and commercial inputs create consistent line items.
- 04ControlReviewed quote
Recipient, terms, totals, presentation, and approvals are verified.
- 05OutcomeBuyer response and next action
Verification, acceptance, questions, and follow-up remain connected.
Recover quote readiness
Open the quote and read Send readiness. Add the recipient contact, valid future date, line items, currency, and required commercial configuration. Sent quotes are locked; create a revision draft to change details. Do not alter the original accepted/sent offer.
Recover quote delivery
- Open Quotes and filter Delivery failed or the affected status.
- Read the latest delivery activity and error.
- Confirm recipient email or WhatsApp contact.
- For email, inspect delivery/suppression. For WhatsApp, confirm connected sender and approved document-header quote template when outside the service window.
- Use Retry quote send only after fixing setup and proving the previous effect failed.
- Verify the new delivery event.
The smart share flow can send by email, attach a PDF in an open WhatsApp conversation, or use an approved quote template. “Quote sending setup needed” identifies missing sender/template setup; do not manually mark the quote Sent.
Recover buyer response
The public quote may require a six-digit verification code before response. Confirm the buyer uses the intended masked destination and current link. Never ask for their code. If the offer is expired, create the approved revision rather than changing public state. After acceptance/rejection/change request, refresh the quote activity and status.
Recover acceptance handoff
For an accepted quote without a next action, create or retry the post-sale handoff task. If deal currency/value differs, use Deal reconciliation to compare the immutable accepted offer and current deal. Recording a reconciliation does not silently change deal value, currency, status, or stage.
Recover WRKZY billing
Open Billing & usage, inspect plan/status/grace, and check the provider portal before repeating checkout or change. Subscription changes include duplicate-request protection, but a timeout still requires provider/status verification. Never collect card data.
Escalation packet
Include quote or organization reference as appropriate, quote status/revision, delivery ID/channel/state, buyer verification stage without code, handoff/reconciliation state, or billing estimate/provider reference and time. Keep customer terms and payment data minimized.
- Quote and WRKZY billing were not conflated
- Draft readiness or revision path used
- Delivery state checked before retry
- Buyer verification code remained private
- Accepted offer preserved during reconciliation
- Provider billing status checked before resubmission
