The buyer experience
The secure quote page shows the seller’s approved brand, quote number, title, customer, validity, packages, line items, quantities, prices, discounts, tax, total, notes, and terms according to the saved design. The buyer does not need access to the WRKZY dashboard.
Depending on the offer, a buyer can compare packages, select optional lines, and adjust buyer-editable quantities only within the pre-approved minimum and maximum. WRKZY recalculates the selection before the response is recorded.
The buyer response remains part of the commercial chain
- 01DiscoverQualified need
Customer problem, evidence, and decision process are understood.
- 02ManageOwned deal
Stage, value, close timing, owner, and next action stay current.
- 03PriceCatalog and pricing
Approved offers and commercial inputs create consistent line items.
- 04ControlReviewed quote
Recipient, terms, totals, presentation, and approvals are verified.
- 05OutcomeBuyer response and next action
Verification, acceptance, questions, and follow-up remain connected.
Verification protects the response
Before acceptance or another consequential response, the buyer can be asked to verify identity through the configured email or WhatsApp path. Verification is time-limited. It associates the response with the intended access path; it is not a legal identity guarantee beyond the evidence collected.
Buyer actions
| Action | Buyer provides | Seller follow-through |
|---|---|---|
| Accept | Name, role, verified selection, and accepted total | Review handoff and reconcile linked deal |
| Request changes | Category, message, and structured product, price, timeline, or terms request | Create a governed revision |
| Ask a question | Question and contact context | Assign an owner and respond from the linked workflow |
| Decline | Reason or message where provided | Review loss evidence and update the deal honestly |
An accepted quote preserves the accepted amount and currency. WRKZY can create accountable post-sale handoff work and ask the seller to reconcile the immutable accepted offer with the current linked deal. Recording reconciliation does not silently change deal value, currency, status, or stage.
Effective public states
The buyer page can indicate that an offer is active, accepted, rejected, expired, voided, or superseded. An expired quote asks the buyer to request an updated offer. A superseded quote should direct attention to the newer revision; do not reactivate an old offer merely to preserve its URL.
Seller verification
Open the quote’s activity and delivery history. Confirm the buyer response, selected package or quantities, accepted total, verification event, and linked conversation, contact, and deal. Create the next action from this evidence.
Example decision
If a buyer selects the recommended package but asks for a later start date, treat the structured timeline request as a change request—not acceptance of the original schedule. Assign the seller, create a revision with the approved date, and preserve the earlier selection and message in the lineage.
If the buyer reports a problem
Confirm they are using the latest secure link and that the quote is not expired, voided, or superseded. For a failed verification, check the intended channel and address without asking the buyer to send codes to support. For a calculation concern, compare the saved package, quantity limits, discounts, and tax; do not edit the issued quote to force the expected total.
- Current quote link and effective state verified
- Buyer selection and total reviewed
- Verification evidence checked without collecting codes
- Question or change request assigned
- Accepted offer reconciled with deal and handoff
- Original response remains in history
