Before you begin
  • An approved current quote and verified recipient
  • A send-ready email or WhatsApp path appropriate to the buyer
  • An accountable owner and follow-up date
  • Access to quote delivery and buyer-response evidence

Read the delivery timeline

From Quotes, open Delivery history for the record. WRKZY combines quote activity with every email or WhatsApp delivery attempt, recipient, provider, message identifier, timestamps, and errors.

Follow up from the last proven delivery state

  1. 01
    LocalPrepared

Content and recipient are ready but nothing has left WRKZY.

  2. 02
    PendingSubmitted

WRKZY handed the request to the connected provider.

  3. 03
    AcceptedProvider accepted

The provider accepted processing, not necessarily delivery.

  4. 04
    ResultDelivered or failed

A terminal provider event confirms delivery or an exception.

  5. 05
    RecoverException reviewed

An owner diagnoses, recovers safely, or escalates with evidence.

A quote moves from preparation to provider submission and recipient evidence. Buyer view and response are separate signals, so recover the failed boundary instead of sending another uncontrolled copy.

Choose the next action

  1. Confirm the quote is current, valid, and not superseded or voided.
  2. Check the most recent delivery attempt and recipient.
  3. Review quote views and buyer response events.
  4. Read the linked conversation so follow-up matches the customer’s last message.
  5. Assign a follow-up owner and due time.
  6. Use the generated follow-up draft as a starting point only; verify all names, amounts, dates, and links before sending.

For an expired quote, offer to refresh validity through a revision. For a change request, continue the existing revision workflow. For a delivered but unviewed quote, confirm channel and recipient before sending another copy. For an accepted quote, move to handoff and deal reconciliation rather than sending a reminder.

Recover failed delivery

Inspect the recorded error first. For email, check shared-inbox sending readiness, recipient address, and provider state. For WhatsApp, check sender connection, phone, open-session status, approved template availability, and attachment preflight. Fix the cause, then retry from the same quote so attempts remain together.

A commercial relationship does not permit unlimited follow-up. Use the channel the buyer expects, honor opt-out or suppression signals, and stop automated reminders when a human response arrives. Keep the follow-up tied to the quote and customer timeline.

Follow-up decision
  • Current quote and validity checked
  • Latest provider state reviewed
  • Buyer view or response interpreted cautiously
  • Linked conversation read
  • One owner and due time assigned
  • Retry follows root-cause correction
