- An approved signup path or workspace invitation
- Access to the invited work email account
- A password of at least eight characters when using password access
Choose the correct access path
Use the invitation link when a team has already invited you. The invitation associates your account with the intended organization and workspace. Do not create a separate public-signup workspace to work around an invitation problem.
Use new-account signup only when your organization has approved a new workspace. Public signup may be closed; in that state, request private access or use the secure invitation supplied by your administrator.
Join through an invitation
- Open the newest invitation from your work email account.
- Confirm that the email shown on the signup page is the address the team invited.
- Enter your full name and create a password of at least eight characters. Re-enter it exactly.
- Review and accept the Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
- Complete any anti-abuse verification shown on the page.
- Submit the form. When WRKZY displays Check your email, open the confirmation message and verify the account.
- Sign in and confirm the workspace name and your role before beginning customer work.
An invitation signup does not ask you to create another workspace name; it joins the workspace chosen by the inviter.
Create an approved new workspace
- Open the authorized signup page.
- Enter your full name, work email, and a recognizable Workspace / organization name.
- Create and confirm a password of at least eight characters.
- Accept the required legal terms and complete verification.
- Submit, then verify the email address from the confirmation message.
- Sign in and complete guided onboarding to choose the operating context.
Choose a workspace name teammates will recognize in a URL and settings screen. Avoid a personal name such as “My workspace” when the workspace will operate company-owned customer data.
Sign in to an existing account
- Open
/loginand choose the access method already approved for your account. - For password access, enter your email and password and select Sign in.
- Existing approved accounts can also use the available single-sign-on option.
- If a trusted WRKZY link included a destination, WRKZY returns you to that safe in-app path; otherwise you enter the dashboard.
- Confirm the workspace before acting. If you have multiple memberships, switch to the one named in the customer task or invitation.
Verify access before working
The sign-in itself is only the first check. Confirm that:
- the workspace URL contains the expected slug;
- shared queues and records belong to the intended customer operation;
- your settings access matches your Owner, Admin, or Member role; and
- you can open the work required for your responsibility without using another person's account.

Recover common problems
| Symptom | Likely cause | Safe next action |
|---|---|---|
| Invitation opens with a different email | Browser is signed in as another account | Sign out, reopen the newest invitation, and use the invited address |
| “Passwords do not match” | Confirmation differs | Re-enter both values; do not paste a shared password |
| Confirmation message not found | Delay or mail filtering | Check spam/quarantine, wait briefly, then request a new approved link |
| Password no longer works | Credential changed or forgotten | Use Forgot password?; never ask an admin to share credentials |
| Signed in but workspace is missing | Invitation not accepted, expired, or membership changed | Ask an owner/admin to verify invitation and member status |
| Access control is unavailable | Your role does not administer that setting | Ask an owner/admin to perform or approve the change |
Expected result
Your personal account appears as an active workspace member, the correct workspace opens after sign-in, and your controls match your assigned responsibility. If this is not true, stop before importing, sending, or configuring a channel and resolve the membership first.
- Invited email address used
- Email verification completed
- Correct workspace name and URL confirmed
- Role matches responsibility
- No credentials or verification links shared
