Yes. Create drafts, save up to 250 follow-ups on your device and download backups or calendar files without signup. There is no watermark or wrkzy pitch in your messages or calendar files.
No. You review and send each message yourself. Copy a draft into your app, open WhatsApp with the text prepared, or prepare an email. Opening an app does not send a message, confirm delivery or mark a record contacted.
The list shows today’s, overdue and upcoming work while you use the tool. It does not send browser alerts or run in the background. Download a calendar file and import it into your calendar; notifications depend on that application’s settings. Repeated imports may duplicate an event.
Customer details, messages, private notes and activity are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to wrkzy by this tool. Existing site analytics can record fixed tool actions without that content. Opening WhatsApp or an email app explicitly shares the destination and draft with that service. Backups and calendar files contain entered details, so store and share them intentionally.
Follow-ups are stored in IndexedDB in this browser, with a limit of 250 records and a 5 MB library. They do not sync between devices or into a wrkzy account. Clearing website data removes them. Download a JSON backup to keep a copy or restore it in another browser. Storage errors appear visibly; keep the tab open and back up your session before reloading. Changes that exceed the library limit are held separately in the tab. Download them as individual backups, or apply them after freeing library space.
Your custom drafts are preserved separately for WhatsApp and email, including a custom email subject. If context changes, you can keep your words or choose Update draft. Replacing custom text asks for confirmation and only replaces the selected channel.
No. Carefully written templates use the facts you enter and your chosen situation and tone. There are no AI requests or generated claims about prices, deadlines or customer intent. Private notes are never inserted into a draft or calendar file.
An all-day event includes the customer name, topic and next-step request. Phone numbers, email addresses and private notes are excluded. Including the prepared message is optional. You import the file yourself, and your calendar provider may sync its contents.
This free tool is a personal browser workspace. It does not share records, assign owners or synchronize with wrkzy. Explore wrkzy Tasks when you want follow-ups linked to customer conversations and managed with a team.
