How to create a quote online
Use the free builder for products, services or project work. Start with an empty quote, or select Load example to try it with illustrative details.
Add your business and customer
Enter your business name and customer details. Add your logo, choose Quote or Estimate, and set the reference number, issue date and optional expiry date.
Build the offer
Choose a currency and add descriptions, quantities and unit prices. If needed, apply a fixed or percentage discount and enter a tax rate. The preview shows the calculated total.
Choose a design and review
Select Classic, Modern or Minimal, set your brand colour, and add payment terms and notes. Check the details in the preview and choose A4 or US Letter.
Download the PDF and follow up

Is this quote generator really free?

What should I include in a business quote?
Include your business and customer details, a quote reference, issue date, item descriptions, quantities, unit prices and total. Add an expiry date, discounts, tax, payment terms and scope notes where needed. This builder provides fields for each.
Can I add my logo and choose a template?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPEG logo up to 5 MB, choose your brand colour, and select Classic, Modern or Minimal. Logos are resized on your device. Download the finished document as an A4 or US Letter PDF.
Should I choose Quote or Estimate?
Use Quote for an offer and Estimate for a preliminary cost outline. The selection changes the document title. Use the notes and payment terms to explain the scope, pricing assumptions and next steps to your customer.
Which currencies, discounts and taxes can I use?
Choose from the supported currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and INR. Prices are not converted when you switch currencies. Apply one fixed or percentage discount, then an optional tax rate that you enter. Tax is calculated after the discount.
Where are my quotes and customer details saved?
Drafts, your logo, business details and reusable items stay in this browser on this device when browser storage is available. They are not uploaded to WRKZY. Clearing site data removes drafts. Download a JSON backup from Drafts to keep a copy or move it to another device.
Can I reuse a quote or save products and services?
Yes. Open Drafts to reopen or duplicate an existing quote. Use Save for reuse on a line item to keep its description, quantity, unit and price in your device library, then add it to another quote.
Can I send a quote or collect acceptance here?
Download the PDF and attach it to your own email or WhatsApp message. This free tool does not send messages, host shareable quotes, collect acceptance, process payments or provide electronic signatures.
Which languages can I use in the PDF?
The interface is in English. The bundled PDF font supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic text, including many accented names. The builder checks characters before export and identifies text it cannot display, such as unsupported emoji.
