A few things worth knowing.
Is this email signature generator completely free?
Yes. All five templates, reply variants, HTML and plain-text downloads, image preparation and installation guides are free. No signup is required. New signatures include a small “Signature by wrkzy” link by default; turn off “Include a small wrkzy credit” to remove it for free.
Can I remove the wrkzy credit?
Yes. Turn off “Include a small wrkzy credit” in the style controls. The credit disappears from the preview, copied signature and HTML/plain-text downloads. Your choice is saved per signature and retained in duplicates and backups. Previously saved signatures keep their original unbranded output.
How do I add my signature to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail?
Choose Copy signature to review the installation layout and select your email app. Copy the formatted layout into its signature settings and follow the version-specific guide. Mobile apps can use the plain-text version. This tool does not access your account or install anything automatically.
Will my uploaded logo be copied into my email app?
Local images are prepared privately on your device. Copy the layout, download the logo or portrait separately, then insert it through your email app’s image control. The installation preview labels those insertion slots. A public HTTPS image address can be included in exported HTML; recipients may load it from that host.
Does the preview show exactly how every email app will display it?
No. The preview and light, dark-surround and images-hidden simulations help you design your signature. Email apps may change formatting or block images. Check a draft in your own app before using it. Browser tests do not certify every native email client.
Are my personal details or photos uploaded to WRKZY?
No. Profile editing, images and exports are processed in your browser without the WRKZY application database. A public image loads from its host only when you choose Load image. Standard website analytics can record fixed tool actions without your signature contents or contact details.
Where are my signatures saved?
IndexedDB stores up to 25 signatures in this browser, with a 20 MB library limit. They do not sync between devices. Clearing website data removes them. JSON backups include your profiles and local images, so keep them private. Backups up to 25 MB can be restored after validation and confirmation. Storage failures leave a usable session; download a backup before closing it.
Can I create a shorter signature for replies?
Yes. Every template has a compact reply variant that keeps your name, contact links and action readable while omitting the longer address, tagline and disclaimer. You can switch variants without losing entered details.
