WRKZY roles are access boundaries, not job titles. Give each teammate the least access required and keep handoffs explicit.

Owner

Govern access, commercial controls, and escalation.

Accountable for organization-level access, workspace governance, subscriptions, and consequential administrative decisions.

Administrator

Configures workspaces, channels, roles, data controls, templates, routing, automations, and operational health.

Member

Works assigned customer queues and CRM records, follows approved processes, and makes ownership and next actions visible.
